Welcome to El Paso County Precinct 4! Precinct 4 spans from West El Paso County, including Canutillo, Anthony, the Village of Vinton, and Westway to Northeast El Paso just above Hondo Pass. In addition to being home to many wonderful residents and businesses, Precinct 4 has three County parks: Gallegos Park, Rio Grande River Park Trail, and Westway Park.
