Texas Gas Service is a division of ONE Gas, Inc. (NYSE: OGS), one of the largest publicly traded, 100 percent-regulated natural gas utilities in the United States. Our vast and growing infrastructure is designed to ensure the most dependable delivery to your home. Through the latest technology and routine surveys of our systems, we provide the highest levels of safety and reliability. This allows us to maintain service for you and ensure that a disruption does not result in an interruption in natural gas supply to your home. In the rare event that an emergency or an accident happens, Texas Gas Service is prepared. We have an average emergency response time of about 30 minutes, and we aim to consistently improve that time.
