Previously referred to as the “Section 8” program, HCV provides housing assistance in the form of vouchers to families to be utilized with any participating landlord in our city limits.
The El Paso United Family Resiliency Center (FRC) is a place of healing and support dedicated to serving as a resource to those directly & indirectly impacted by the tragedy of August 3, 2019.
The Kelly Memorial Food Pantry was founded in 1999 in the basement of Trinity First United Methodist Church. It was run by volunteers who felt that hunger in El Paso should be unacceptable.
