ASC Technical Institute is the place to go for career training in the trades. Since 1986, we’ve been serving students in the El Paso area, helping them secure better futures for themselves through quality career education and a supportive school.
The city appointed Peter Pacillas – who has served as an assistant police chief nearly as long as Allen served as chief – as interim police chief earlier this month. Pacillas graduated from the El Paso Police Academy in 1988.

Sheriff Richard D. Wiles was raised and educated in El Paso, graduating from Andress High School in 1979. Sheriff Wiles joined the El Paso Police Department in 1982 and rose quickly to leadership positions.
